Company Certified Translation
Certified translation in Hong Kong is often required for official purposes, such as immigration applications, legal matters, or academic submissions. Linguists Asia provides company-certified translations — handled by qualified linguists and stamped with our official company chop. While accepted by many local bodies, such as the Immigration Department, some authorities may require additional forms of certification. Depending on the receiving institution’s requirements, additional or alternative certification may be needed. These may include certification by a Hong Kong-registered solicitor, Notary Public, China-Appointed Attesting Officer, etc. We’re happy to advise on the appropriate certification level and arrange additional certification if needed.

Typesetting (Multiple Langauges)
We offer professional typesetting services in a wide range of languages — including Arabic, Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, Thai, Urdu, and more. Our team understands the typographic requirements of both left-to-right and right-to-left scripts, ensuring clean, accurate layouts. In Hong Kong, it’s common to see typeset materials — especially in South and Southeast Asian languages — rendered incorrectly, with text appearing scrambled or unreadable. This often happens because inexperienced designers are unaware that any issue exists. We help prevent these problems by managing the entire typesetting process with linguistic accuracy and design integrity, working directly with your original files (InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.) to produce publication-ready results.
