FEES & PAYMENTS

We don’t use a one-size-fits-all rate table — each quote is tailored to your project. To give you an idea, our base rates start at ~HK$0.50 per word for regular written translation and ~HK$450 per page for certified translation (e.g., Hong Kong Immigration Departent). Turnaround time is a key factor in our pricing: standard delivery falls under these base rates, while shorter deadlines require a larger team and are priced to reflect that extra coordination—simply put, the faster you need your translation, the more hands are working behind the scenes, and the pricing scales to match.

Payment Methods
Bank transfers from Hong Kong banks are the most cost-effective payment method. We also accept credit cards — online or in-person — with a 5 % processing fee. A secure payment link will be provided if you’d like to pay online.
